50th Anniversary PAWC Logo
for 1992
The logo of
the PAWC is represented by a pyramid shown from the aerial perspective.
Designed in 1992 to mark the 50th Annual PAWC, the sides and
steps of the pyramid include the names of the 1890 land grant institutions
and their partners—USDA and other federal agencies, community-based
organizations and state and local agencies, the 1862 land grant and other
universities, and the private sector and non-profit organizations. The
pinnacle of the pyramid has the words “50th PAWC.”

PAWC Logo from 2001 - 2004
The 1994 (Native American) land grant
institutions are added to the logo in 1999 and West Virginia State College
and Hispanic-serving institutions are added to the logo in 2001.
